Former Research & Documentation Specialist

Carl Akoula Hakim (he/him) served as the Research & Documentation Specialist from June - September 2021.

He is an architect engineer, designer, and global volunteer who works with numerous youth organizations, such as AIESEC, which focus on sustainable development and the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Carl holds a Master's degree in Environmental Design with a focus on architecture. Currently, he is a studying the Russian language.

Through all of his work, he believes that together people and organizations can build a better future through communication and team-working. He is a strong believer in the ability of arts and culture combined with research approaches like design thinking can strengthening our societies and empower individuals and organizations catalyze positive change in the world.

After Creative Generation, Carl returned to school to complete his degree.
