Organizational Overview
Creative Generation is a values-forward, global collective of artists, educators, administrators, researchers, storytellers, and activists that believes that youth create change. We serve as both a learning and capacity building organization that collaborates with young creatives and those who cultivate their creativity to take local actions towards global changes in pursuit of a more just world.

The Collective offers numerous types of engagement, including synchronous and asynchronous roles, contributing between 25-85% full time equivalence. Each team member is provided with 20% creative time to engage in individual and collective inquiry and exploration. Throughout the year, the team engages in personal and collective development activities to support the continuous development of each team member and the Collective as a whole.
Creative Generation believes pay transparency is essential. Compensation for each position is calculated based on the agreed scoe of work and alignment with our adopted policy on pay scale and responsibility alignment. When available, draft scopes of work are outlined below. Potential applicants may view these scopes as a summary of the skills needed to sustain the collective work of the organization, but may also propose new or combined scopes integrating the outlined needs and their unique contributions into a newly devised position.
