Young Creatives in Bristol, UK Launch #WhoseFuture City-wide Poster Campaign

#WhoseFuture gives young artists and creatives the space to address some of the issues Rising Arts Agency has been grappling with head on including racism, access issues, the climate crisis, leadership and young people’s hopes for a secure and empowering future.

The campaign is led by young creative thinkers, advocating for sector and cultural change through campaignsresearch projects, industry consultation and  creative agency services of youth-adult led organization.

Rising Arts Agency is a community of young creatives aged 16–30 mobilising others for radical social, political and cultural change.

Increasingly, over the past year or so, the work of Rising has focused on both championing a range of social issues and challenging the status quo in the creative sector. The #WhoseFuture campaign uses young people’s outstanding creative work to amplify their voices across the city, inviting the public to pay attention to what they have to say.

Rising has always dreamt of taking up space in the city, shouting load and proud for what it believes in, and this campaign has allowed the members to realise that dream. Through a partnership with Out of Hand and the support from Bristol City Council young creatives have taken over 9 billboards and 370 posters sites around the city centre, on display until 10th August.
