AEP invites you to share a session proposal for the AEP’s Virtual Gathering, taking place this September 14-15.
Concurrent sessions will assist leaders in gaining the knowledge and insights to ensure that all learners receive an excellent arts education. This includes dance, folk arts, indigenous arts, media arts, music, theatre and visual arts. Submit your session by following these three steps:

Download and complete the session worksheet to attach in the online submission form.
Submit your session proposal (with uploaded session worksheet) through the online submission form by Friday, May 21 at 5 p.m. PDT.
Interested in how to craft a strong proposal? AEP Director Jamie Kasper and AEP Senior Project Manager Mary Dell’Erba will host a concurrent session design workshop virtually on April 29, 2-3 p.m. EDT. They will share tips on crafting a competitive concurrent session proposal for this year’s AEP Virtual Gathering.
