“Are you ready to take the next step in your career as a leader in the arts? Sphinx is searching for the next cohort of U.S.-based leaders to take part in its two-year LEAD (Leaders in Excellence, Arts, & Diversity) program, an annual executive leadership training program for Black and Latinx arts professionals. Participants will attend a series of eight leadership retreats hosted by major cultural institutions in the U.S. and will also receive $5,000 USD toward their own professional development activities. Program activities will take place both online and in person over the course of the two-year program. Travel and housing costs during the retreats are covered. Applications for the program can be submitted on Acceptd until October 20, 2022.”
